tlDatabase

tlDatabase is a program for creating (XML-like) structured databases. You can also edit the databases in a user-friendly way; you do not need to work “in XML” in order to edit the database.

It comes with many features including a Styled HTML/RTF Exporter for saving your data in MS Office and web formats.
